1.  Welcome to Neridian Graphics. We are excited to partner with resellers to expand our reach and provide high-quality personalized and printed products to a wider audience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for resellers.

2. Eligibility To become a reseller, you must:

Have a registered account on our websites.
Agree to our terms and conditions.
3. Application Process Interested resellers must complete our reseller application form and must've ordered minimum 5 orders. Upon approval, your account will be updated to reseller.

4. Pricing and Discounts Resellers will receive a discount on our standard retail prices, excluding on sale product.

5. Ordering and Payment

Orders must be placed through our online store (www.neridiangraphics.co.za).
Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments via Yoco, Payfast, or EFT. Resellers must pay for orders in full before shipment.

A minimum order quantity may apply for certain products or orders.
The minimum order quantity will be specified on the product page.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer various shipping options. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Resellers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international shipments.
Delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Resellers must inspect all products upon receipt.
Any defects or issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Returns or exchanges will be handled according to our standard return policy.

8. Marketing and Branding

Resellers are authorized to use our branding and marketing materials.
Any modifications to our branding must be approved in writing.
Resellers must represent our products accurately and professionally.

9. Confidentiality Resellers must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, including pricing, product details, and customer data.

10. Termination

We may terminate this reseller agreement at any time for any reason.
Resellers may terminate this reseller agreement at any time by providing written notice.

By placing an order or accepting the terms of this reseller agreement, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
