Shipment processing time

Production time is 1 - 2 working days for most products except Branding products. Production time for Branding products is +- 1 - 7 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may delayed by few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there's a significant delay in shipping your order, we'll contact you via whatsapp, email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout dependent on size and weight of the product.

These charges are applicable for all products except branding combos or any product/products weighing over 10kg.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available no charge at our shop in Pretoria East, Murrayfield.  We’ll notify you via email & Whatsapp when order is ready for collection.

Pickup Point Delivery

Pickup point delivery is available at R75. Pickup point delivery is only available for items weighing less than 5kg. You'll be notifed via SMS & Email once your order is ready for collection at your chosen pickup point. You'll collect your parcel with the pickup code you'll recieve from Pargo. 


Home Delivery

We deliver parcels via The Courier Guy, Internet Express, Fastway, Ram, Skynet and Pargo. Tracking numbers will provided as soon as shipment has left our shop.

Estimated delivery time across South Africa is 2-3 working days, depending on size of product. If you wish to arrange your own shipping, products can be collected from "374 Rossouw st, Murrayfield, Pretoria" once the order has been processed. You will receive a notification in this regard.

If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 2 days of recieving your order or your claim won't be processed or refunded. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing claim.

All estimated delivery times exclude production time. Any delivery date indicated, shall be regarded as the estimated date of delivery & is not binding.
